Mary Poppins is a classic that returns and this time played by Emily Blunt.
The story continues … It’s the 1930s, the era of depression in London, Michael and Jane have now grown. He has three children and his housekeeper, Ellen. After Michael suffers the loss of his wife, the enigmatic nanny Mary Poppins returns to the life of the Banks family and, along with the lamplighter Jack, uses his unique magical abilities to help the family rediscover the joy and awe that they are missing in their lives
This film is not intended to be a remake but it is a sequel that will make you remember that magic that excited many children in the first film.
Directed and produced by Rob Marshall, and has the participation of actors such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw, Emily Mortimer, Julie Walters, Colin Firth, and Meryl Streep.
The magic, fun, music and maybe a bit of nostalgia will be the characteristics that make us go to the movies and delight us with this sequel.

“Mary Poppins Returns” has the visual sheen of a quality movie, a beloved classic that could be loved for generations. It glows. It has wondrous visuals, a fine cast, and all the money in the world behind it…The story doesn’t deliver. The songs are forgettable. And the magic never descends.
